Conference Calls
- We conduct bi-weekly toll free conference calls
with the entire network to share new ideas and promotions.
Each club can be a source of new revenue ideas for
the ENTIRE network.

Site Visits
- In addition to club opening support, we also provide
on-going support to enhance club business practices
[marketing, sales, retention, fitness and nutrition
programs] in a one -on one format.
- Regional conferences are scheduled for groups of
club owners and key staff.

Annual Conference
- An annual conference is held each year, with a Key
note motivational speaker, presentations by NutriSystem
and Slim and Tone staff on, fitness programs and revenue
enhancing business practices.

"The parade was soooooooooooooooo much fun.
I had a blast. I was getting the crowd cheering
for my members on the float and we passed out 1000
fliers! We have had 3 new people join since then
and phone calls from people wanting more information.
So I would say it was a success. And like you said
we need to get the awareness level up."

"Things are great, we had a big open house
last weekend, and we signed up 44 members this month
between the three clubs. So, we're still pluggin'
away!!!"
"When we decided to launch the Core 4 program
in all of our clubs beginning June 1st we took your
suggestion on having tiered membership options....reluctantly
we also raised our membership fee to a firm $99
(up from $49 which we usually waived...) and added
3 additional membership packages (I have attached
a copy of the membership options). Surprisingly,
we have found no opposition AT ALL on the $99 fee...people
don't even bat an eye at it! As you can see on the
membership options document if the prospect signs
up on the day they tour on a one year plan we waive
1/2 of the $99 fee, it's a nice incentive and we
still collect more than we did before. As far as
the plan options we have a Fitness package that
includes 3-1/2 hour sessions with a CPT which is
becoming our most popular option, we collect an
extra $90 ($45 goes to the trainer) and we are finding
that after their 3 initial sessions they are buying
an 8-12 session package with the trainer....it's
much easier to capture them while they are signing
up rather than having to re-sell them on training
once they are a member. Our second option is the
Weight Loss Plan, which I honestly just put in for
kicks...I never thought anyone would purchase it.
As soon as the option was available we had 3 people
immediately want to purchase that plan, my trainer
had to call me for instructions on how to sell the
package because I hadn't even given any direction
to my employees on the process....that plan is generating
us some great success stories right off the bat
with new members, and again we don't have to re-sell
the idea of the program again. So, I highly recommend
the tiered pricing and raising the enrollment fee....a
Slim and Tone membership is worth the money they
invest!!!! Another great selling tool is the new
sales script, we have trained our employees with
it and require that they use it, we are also setting
up club tour appointments now, both are working
fabulous...our closing rate is really going up!
