What steps need to be taken to become a Slim and Tone Franchise Owner?

Specifically review the financial information provided. Begin to identify how much investment will be required to open a club in your area and your source of financing. A business plan is available upon request.

Start to identify possible site locations for your club; use the location guidelines document provided by Slim and Tone to assist you in your search.

Once you have decided to pursue owning a Slim and Tone franchise, complete the online profile application and submit it to Slim and Tone. When your application has been received, you will be sent the Uniform Offering Circular ["UFOC"] and franchise agreement (provided via email link). You will need to acknowledge receipt of the UFOC/franchise agreement by faxing back the signature form, which is at the very last page of the UFOC, to 215 346 8112.

Finalize your club location; contact Slim and Tone immediately so that we can authorize your club address and protected territory. Commence lease negotiations and lock in an occupancy date.

Contact Slim and Tone with any franchise related questions throughout the process. When you are ready to make a final commitment, we will email two forms:

Training enrollment form (identify which training session you would like to attend—ideally 4-5 weeks prior to your scheduled opening)

Equipment order form (delivery address, upholstery and equipment selection)

- a standard set of 8 hydraulic machines is included in the franchise fee of $31,900, plus steppers, busu balls, boards, an elliptical trainer, recumbant bike, stretch trainer and ab bench, for a total of 22 pieces.

- additional pieces of hydraulic equipment can be purchased for $1,800 per machine (includes a running board);

Complete both forms and mail to Slim and Tone at 300 Welsh Rd, Bldg 1, ste 225, Horsham, PA 19044 (Fed Ex number will be provided for overnight delivery). Execute the agreement and send with your check for $31,900. Your check should be made out to Slim and Tone, LLC.

We will also mail you a paint chip (wall color) and equipment upholstry sheet for your color selection.

Once your check has been received, your equipment will be ordered (allow 4-5 weeks for delivery) and your pre-training materials will be shipped (via disk). The pre-training disk contains resources and tasks that can be acted upon prior to training—to help get your club opening process underway as soon as possible.

Attend Slim and Tone franchise owner training (training held near Philadelphia, PA). all paperwork (contract signatures) must be completed prior to the start of your training session.

Finish your site renovation, implement your marketing plan, receive equipment and complete all other activities covered in training in preparation for your grand opening.
