Slim and Tone LLC as part of its equipment package provides
an 8 piece set of hydraulic resistance equipment consisting
of 3 upper body, 3 lower body, 1 Tricep/Bicep and 1 abdominal
machine. We also provide an elliptical trainer, stretch trainer,
a recumbant bike, eight aerobic running boards, two buso balls
and an ab bench. In combination, this package is able to address
the strength, endurance and flexibility components of overall
fitness for your members. Over time we have found that:
- In general, women want more machines that address the
abdominal and glute areas
- In general, women avoid the machines that require a stand
up/lift motion (for example Squat and Upright Lift machines)
For this reason, if you have additional space, you may wish
to consider an an abdominal or glute machine in your equipment
package. (see additional equipment)
Your equipment should be set up in a circle or oval format.
Generally speaking, a 1,200-1400 square foot location is ideal
for a 22 pieces while 1600+ square feet will allow for growth
up to a 26 pieces.
